Well that was a stronger episode (though it took about 15 minutes to get me interested). I liked the ending and Sethu is a VERY strong companion so far. Gatwa still annoys me a little with his over-earnestness but clearly going to have to just get over that because it ain’t gonna change any time...

I relate to Shappi Khorsandi’s post there so much. I’m not trans, I have only known a handful of trans people at all in my life and yet I am so exhausted and burnt out and frustrated by this fight for basic human dignity for such a small minority group. I can’t imagine how exhausted and burnt...

She really was dreadful. And as I said in my spoiler tag, I even thought Harriet Walter was too. The whole cast just seemed to not be into it (with the exception of Emma Corrin).

Jiggly was one of my absolute favourites of the early seasons. Shined off the screen.

This is a real shame as she really was great in the show but makes you wonder how much of it is real. I wonder if that’s why she got so upset after the letter from home. Maybe she realised her feelings were not what they were.

This season in particular was very bad to black people (and old people). Every time a black person was up they got voted straight out - and in the case of Angelica came last of the five people up. All the over 60s were the first 4 out.. 😂

I honestly didn’t mind any of them tbh but Jack was the worst possible result as a winner. Just absolutely added nothing to the series and had no storylines whatsoever (apart from being nominated each week and even then it didn’t bring any life out in him).
