RE: CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE

Dear Lucille,

I act on behalf of my client, Dr. Michael Winstanley. This letter serves as formal notice regarding your ongoing harassment and sexual harassment of my client, including repeated and unwanted online communications.

Your conduct violates the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and the Equality Act 2010. My client considers your actions unlawful and highly distressing.

You are required to immediately cease all communication with my client and refrain from any further harassment or sexual harassment.

Dear Lucille,

I refer to my previous letter dated December 23 2024, which you have responded to facetiously. This behavior is unacceptable and exacerbates your unlawful harassment and sexual harassment of my client, Dr. Michael Winstanley.

1. Final Warning

You must immediately and permanently cease all communication with my client and refrain from further harassment.

2. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply will result in legal action, including injunctions, damages, and escalation of this matter into court—we will ultimately seek punishment by trebuchet.

You must confirm compliance in writing by January 1, 2025. Any further misconduct will result in swift and decisive action.
