The fun bit's out of the way, now comes the soul crushing bit where I have to add shit up and scour Wikipedia for fascinating things to say about Lonnie Gordon.

Over the next few nights, I'll be posting the countdown of our favourite dance anthems - as voted for by YOU - until we reach the top 50, at which point I'll either do a viewing party for the final 50 with the scores I've already got, or I'll ask you all to rate each song and use those scores to determine the ranking. I don't want to subject you to another round of putting numbers next to song titles if you're already sick to the back teeth of all this voting, so please vote in the poll I'm adding shortly and tell me what you want to do.

Where songs have the same score, their order is decided by the whichever got the highest individual points (most 10s, most 3s etc. I don't know why I felt compelled to explain that.)

One other thing, please don't sit around hammering refresh. I'm a lazy cunt at the best of times, and I've still not had my tea so you could be waiting a while. I'll be bumping 50 off per night, so it shouldn't take me too long to whizz through them.
