Any recommendations ?
I had a rubbish one that wouldn't copy data over to new phone.
I just use it to track weights/reps on different machines and put a comment on occasionally so I know whether to go up or down next time.
Are there other swish features that are useful ?!

You can manually add a workout to Strava, if it’s just to make notes

Can you note all the different machines separately and show you the history ?

Ah okay, I always forget what weight I did last time so think Strava won’t do the job for me, too much clicking back and forth.
Will save it for the running if this sodding cold ever clears up

I use the Strong app and it’s really good. You create your workouts adding number of sets for each exercise and logging accordingly so when you do that exercise again, it shows what you last lifted and number of sets.

Strong is the one.

it's perfect, even in the free version.
