omg boring as hell first half to New York this week, but as soon as they started counting down Ramona’s friends individually :disco:

That final 5 minutes was the most thrilling Housewives has been since AT LEAST when Beverley pulled Marge’s hair :disco:
 
I am now fully caught up with Potomac, and that was really quite something.

I am not sure how comfortable I am with how the Michael drama has played out. It involves staff on the show, yet the show is exploiting it for a story line? How would production then feel safe? Or equally, how can accusations be taken seriously when they could be being manufactured for more drama? It is just a mess.

Also I hope Karen regains her shine because towards the end it seems like she is getting a boring.

I think with the Housewives universe you learn to leave your real-life morals ASIDE somewhat...:eyes:

It’s not housewives related but does anyone watch Selling Sunset? It’s not on the same level but the balance of houses and petty drama is quite entertaining.
 
New York's reunion is set to actually be in a studio together. I am so pleased as these Zoom reunions just don't cut it.

I think they each* realise that they're all on the chopping block, and so I'm expecting the reunion to be an absolute MESS!

*sweet, delusional Luann aside, of course. Why would they fire me? That's not an option.

That was a good fucking episode. The Dorit one liners, stupid pregnant Teddy hyperventilating because someone called her boring for the 100th time and everyone being so flabbergasted.

I felt bad for Denise and I know she’s not the sharpest tool in the shed but who the fuck confides or sleeps with Brandi and not expect it to come back and bite them.
 
That was the best Beverley Hills in AGES (alongside the campy premiere episode of this season)

Dorit was my fave :D the PEARL LOOK :disco: “I’m just wearing a white shirt, black trousers and flat boots...” :D
Somebody really needs to do a super cut of Dorit talking in Italian/talking about living in Italy :D
Her ordering a gin and tonic with a super-thick Italian accent :disco:
The old photo of her holding the tower of Pisa with a completely different face :disco:

The random, but perfectly executed mild Sutton takedown of Teddi was great too. Diamond for her PLOISE

Obviously I’m very here for Dorit dressed as a BLACK WIDOW taking on Kim’s sister for some sort of minor squabble from the heat of the moment too :D :disco:

I’m know I’m a delusion LUANN-STAN, but I think she’s probably one of the safer New York housewives going into the next season :D

Staying neutral and filming a couple of scenes with Leah (including the ICONIC visit to Leah’s SLUM :disco:) will work in her favour.

I think Sonja is most at risk, but tbh they do have the luxury of being in a 5 woman cast - they could easily just add two newbies/returns and a couple of friends of and not change ANYTHING.
 
Gays - I'm in the RHOBH vortex. On S3 now.

I liked Lisa in S1 but I really went off her towards mid-S2 and now I don't like her at all in S3.

But obviously the one I really can't stand is Brandi - YUCK and YUCK.

I'm definitely team Maalouf/Nassif.

that episode broke the fourth wall - Denise really reminded me of Valerie Cherish in The Comeback

I’ve not watched it in a few years but I’ve just signed up to the trash reality TV package from NOW TV and I’m ready to make it my religion.

You will see that LVP has a pattern of having other housewives expose things while she’s there without getting her hands dirty (the now we said it in season 2 and an upcoming similar moment in season 5).

Oh and Suedey, trying to whittle down my top 10 housewives ended up being a TOP 30! Definitely a (very niche) separate countdown thread ahead of me when I can be arsed :D
 
Finally caught up with this week's New York.

When Dorinda was trying to get Sonja to go to sleep instead of coming down to join the party, because she was so wasted, I found myself hoping that she actually would just go to bed and let the others get on with it. I really hope her time on the show is up now. There's nothing left.
