I know many a gay yuppie (Tory and non-Tory) who are quite happy to break bread with homophobes provided they get richer and they can do what they want behind closed doors.
 
There was an article a day or two later stating it wasn't trolling of Johnson apparently - it was done some time ago as statement following the school having library hours or budget or something slashed.

So just very happy coincidence. Plus he's no doubt responsible for what caused it anyway.

It's ridiculous that our parliamentary representatives can't even all sit in the chamber at the same time, let alone have the extravagance of a DESK

They should turn the Palace of Westminster into a MUSEUM and build a proper parliament that isn't RAT RIDDLED and LEAKING and FALLING DOWN elsewhere

All BoJo has is personal insults. He stood there yesterday and basically said Starmer couldn't comment on anything at all even because because Corbyn "supported the IRA" (which was bollocks to start with). Starmer took him down in a sentence. He's fucking useless, he's got nothing.
 
I am so conflicted as I always feel so sorry for his kids, even though I know I'm going to hate them as adults :D
 
Conservative MPs are having a meeting at half 5 today. There is a low chance that we could be about to have another Westminster election.

The logic being that The Lords will block the bill and they don't have time for normal ping-pong and prorogation to have it passed by January 1st. Also the ability to deselect and replace MPs who don't support it in the commons.

It is unlikely, but so has everything else been the past 5 years.
 
Surely another election would still end up with a Conservative majority, perhaps hung parliament if were lucky.

Not that it’s gonna happen anyway.

Although I’m very much here for 2020 doing a 180 and getting rid of both Trump and Johnson before Christmas.
