And those poor Italians too, they'll be ever so confusedAll those pro-Israel people voting for 06 tonight withouth even watching the show, does this mean Lithuania is winning the televote now?
They're not coming back to this shit show, forget about voting tonight. Will The Netherlands still vote?
I don’t see why the EBU would stop them. But if I were AVROTROS, I wouldn’t want to be able to vote. Will The Netherlands still vote?
Cornaald Maas from the Dutch broadcaster claiming the incident ‘barely amounts to anything’.
Did he just tell somebody to fuck off or something?
The "we ruined our own careers" tour. It made sense in my head.
Will The Netherlands still vote?
Obsessing over the drama is literally a coping mechanism considering it feels like tonight is an existential threat to the contestIs anyone quite SAD about this? This is meant to be a day of JOY and GAY HYPERBOLE not gritty nasty politics.
I can't get into the nitty gritty of it all. The headlines are horrible and are completely over shadowing the event.Obsessing over the drama is literally a coping mechanism considering it feels like tonight is an existential threat to the contest
I’m at that stage of grief where I have kind of GIVEN UP.Is anyone quite SAD about this? This is meant to be a day of JOY and GAY HYPERBOLE not gritty nasty politics.
Given that he's out for allegedly threatening a female, I would be amazed if other countries withdrew over that and not the other elephant in the room.
I can understand why the EBU felt they had to disqualify him. In any work place you'd be facing a possible suspension over an allegation of gender-based violence. Most take a zero tolerance approach. I just don't understand why they took so long to make any decisions and let speculation run wild. From the outside looking in, they've handled it all terribly.
I still think not letting him perform was the worst thing they could get away with as long as police is still investigating.Given that he's out for allegedly threatening a female, I would be amazed if other countries withdrew over that and not the other elephant in the room.

They've also said it didn't involve the Israeli delegation, but it could still be something like a planned graphic or similar being censored that led to the incident

I’m hoping someone leaks how well the Dutch had done with the juriesAre they even going to show the Dutch result in the semis or just pretend it was never there?
Honey, you should have thought twice about that guest list!Aren’t we living for the drama and taking part in amplifying that sense of doom here?
I feel especially sad as this is happening in my own country. It’s like having guests and they’re all fighting.![]()

To think that a week ago the wackiest thing to have happened was that Turquoise carpetIs anyone quite SAD about this? This is meant to be a day of JOY and GAY HYPERBOLE not gritty nasty politics.
