I’m so confused by the Maltese language each time I hear it, I’m this close to understanding it but I just don’t.

The Maltese NF this year is shockingly high budget compared to the back alley it was hosted in last year.
 
Joined in around Song 12 and we've continued to watch this out of amusement at the number of adverts. Poor @Pingu is in that audience - what are they seeing or doing during these 15 minute advert breaks? My husband has just said he might have a nervous breakdown if we have to keep watching this. Also, why wouldn't you bank at the Bank of Valletta if you lived there - why so many adverts?

Because Malta needs to show off its INFRASTRUCTURE
 
My favourite advert is the one that implies clean drinking water is a new thing in Malta
