The only reason this isn’t so depressing that the best way to deal with it is by going back to bed for the next four years is because trying to make it so is actually part of these fuckers’ playbook.

They don’t have an official language at the federal level. Designating English as the national language is a right wing issue because they all hate Spanish speakers.
