Exactly, I think that likewise Andromache, Klavdia isn't seasoned enough to either have the charisma or the "you're gonna vote for this" factor to pull a Eurovision appearance off. Most of the time she looks like a kid in a school play trying not to upset the grownups. Eurovision stage devours non confident performers.
