We had our flat valued by a different agent yesterday, and she's valued it at £10k higher than the last :disco: And we viewed a house and loved it. Which is annoying because we're not in a position to put an offer in yet :(

£75 plus fees for Block B, row A. So not bad. Cheaper at the back, about £50.

We got tickets 😍 Block B thanks to Mandy. Can't afford it at all, but also couldn't miss this opportunity. I grew up listening to them on a daily basis.
