The good thing is that if it’s possible to do an acoustic version presumably the real thing has a bit of OOOMPH(XS)
 
The bit with a donk is far more interesting than any of the two minutes going into that bit, and that's the case for far too many of the songs this year.
 
As it is, it's reminding me a bit of the non-descript entry that generic A-gay with his disgusting little piggies out (TM @Lucille) sent for Cyprus the other year.
 
I actually think that’s one of the BEST of the year.

Not quite sure how that logic works when 2017 and 2022 came after that.

Anyway there's still plenty of time for revamps and funky staging to improve things.

Oh this is dreadful but shoe-horning in a dance break to your hideous misery ballad is high camp.

So this lost pretty much all steam when people heard the studio version, but it's creeping back up again after the first few live performances. He's really an excellent singer, and the dance break feels much less tacked-on in a live setting.



He also covered the best ever Slovak entry at the London Party :disco:

 
He's fortunate that all the other electro-pop males are in Semi One (Cyprus, Belgium, Norway). He pretty much has that lane all to himself in Semi Two.
 
Do we actually know if Theo Evan can sing yet though? I did :eyes: at him skipping the London Eurovision Party.
 
I also don't really understand the logic from a lot of these Eurofans that Sissal is a surefire qualifier and Red Sebastian isn't. It's a big performance and a big track!
