there's been some fun collections in that time, just nothing essential. but like... that's OK. Versace will always have the 90s. her legacy is not as a designer per se but protecting Gianni's legacy and keeping the brand relevant. she's done a great job at that without pushing for anything new creatively.She had some real highs in the 2000s. The 2005-2008 period was especially a peak for her imo. I could spend hours going back through those collections. But she just fizzled in the 2010s and beyond. She was either regurgitating the archives or giving us dishwater collections.
