Asteroid LIKELY JUST PASSING BY (in 2032)

Just before Christmas as well. Couldn't it wait a few weeks?

Why this sudden bewilderment, this confusion?
How serious people’s faces have become.
Why are the streets and squares emptying so rapidly, everyone going home lost in thought?

Because night has fallen and the asteroid hasn't come.
And some of our men just in from the border say there is no asteroid any longer.

Now what’s going to happen to us without the coming asteroid?
That asteroid was a kind of solution.
 
I hope it hits in the middle of Sanremo just because that would be quite an extra thing to do.

The odds are likely going to keep going up for a while until it's outside of range (unless it stays in range)

I keep seeing this on news feeds and it's all very exciting until you read that it's only a few metres long and most of the world won't even know it's happened. Frankly, if it doesn't at least directly hit the Chrysler Building and cause a tidal wave that knocks over the Statue of Liberty, I'll feel quite short-changed.
