Secret Garden is lush. Vogue feels like a cheat so I'll go Take a Bow.

There’s a lot of quality there and I’m going to ignore that classic single Vogue (as well as other great singles) is on the list, think of it as out and out album tracks and go with Easy Ride followed by Gone.

many of her albums fall off hard in the final third/quarter so there's not much competition, especially 00s onward.

I'm sorry to be that girl, but I vote for Gone. It's lovely, and Wash All Over Me comes a close second. Even though she should have kept the original demo (cowards), the final version is good in all its Lana-esque death march band vibes.

Gone since it closed the album perfectly.

Secret Garden would be my next pick.

Take A Bow seems like the easy choice but I’ll never forgive that Bedtime Story wasn’t the closer.

Vogue is the best track there but I never listen to that album, so it has to be Take A Bow

Take a Bow. Vogue is probably the best or right behind it but it feels like a bonus track on that album. Kind of like Die With a Smile is to Mayhem.

I also adore Gone.

Take a Bow too, though I agree, Bedtime Story might have been even better.

I didn't count Vogue, because, as people have said, it's a bonus track. Fuck all to do with Dick Tracy or the I'm Breathless concept. Same goes for Rescue Me, which might have been my winner too.
