I'm putting the kettle on.
How’s that for that timeslot generally?
I'd say that only 400k down on last year has to be seen as a success regardless, considering there was far more hype then.Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr which was in the same slot two weeks ago (so the last reported week) had 2.069m in the overnights, so down a little, assuming 'just under' is exactly that.
The Benjamin Ingrosso medley was so weird. He did a respectable, but mediocre entry for Sweden several years ago (before taking his woeful televote into account!) and isn't particularly remembered by anyone outside of Sweden. It'd be like us last year dedicating a whole section to SURIE.
I can think of at least 10 Swedish Eurovision acts more on the gays' radar that would have felt more appropriate.

HmmThere really is nothing like a political protest that you have to point out to people that you were making 24 hours after the fact. Real brave stuff there.
It's giving TRIVIAL PURSUIT more than anything but it's the THOUGHT and VERY AUSTRALIAN QUOTE that countsI really don’t see a watermelon.
Something to say?
Yes - I find it strange reading what you have to say in response to the content of the quote - is that really the first thing that comes to your mind?Something to say?
It’s not the first thing, but one of the more prominent ones. I find a lot of the wording that he has chosen to be careless at best, but I have no intention of getting into an argument about that. Of course, the horror of what is happening in Gaza can’t be understated but he makes a pretty good go of it by treating his political protest like he’s a teenager who has played a trick on the teacher. In my book, Saade was brave. This guy wasn’t.Yes - I find it strange reading what you have to say in response to the content of the quote - is that really the first thing that comes to your mind?
What a KNOB. Seriously, if anything else screamed "yeah, thanks for coming" last night apart from Iceland it was Moldova. Obvious NQ
Sure her messages are far from a dignified reaction, but I also think she should be allowed to process her sadness and bitterness at the moment. It's barely been 24 hours since Europe voted to drop the curtain on the performance she invested her efforts and money in for the past few months...You could tell by her face she was severely pissed last night.

Rolly blaming the mic pack incident for a lot of the issues:
