That’s just anything though isn’t it? People (me included) will put off doing stuff as late as possible.

D5K knows what’s up, after ESC Again is a loonier time on the schedule. YOU missed the viewing party twice, can you blame everyone else? :D I agree that the viewing party shouldn’t be an indication of interest, it’s more of a fun extra, everyone probably knows these songs inside out anyway.

btw did you get my vote video?
I thought it was a bit brave to strongly recommend videos from everyone! Is there a plan B?
 
A viewing party seemed a touch extra for such songs. For me I'd get this wrapped up ASAP. Regardless of lack of interest it's still complete at least.

I said in my very first post suggesting a delay that I take full responsibility for the drift in interest. It's no secret that I've been completely burned out on this project for a while.

Also, video voting is strongly encouraged but it was never mandatory.

Let's press on for now and see how things look on Sunday.

Yeah, I voted last night too. On a whim chucked points at a song I hadn't been thinking of before then, and am now slightly regretting it.
 
Apologies @dmlaw but after some of the semi results I've been forced to put a cap on heterosexual voting.

Anyway, last few hours bitches. I'm open to one final attempt at a viewing party tonight if it'd help anybody.

I hardly think that's our fault. If myself and ButterTart had been the only ones allowed to vote, we'd have had the correct finalists from Iceland and Hungary.

22 votes in at the midnight deadline. We had bigger semis, but not a bad turnout all things considered.

However, in an unprecedented move (:side-eye:) I've decided to extend the voting window for 72 hours. I feel like a midweek evening results show is more likely to get decent ratings than a Summer Sunday.

So @sewerynsven, @Kevin, @Dark Carnival, @lolly, @Alla, @Kalabaliken, @Raining On Me - you have until 23.59 on Tuesday 11th August. But that is the absolute final deadline.

Also, where are the @dUb, @COB and @Alex votes at?
 
BTW, I only received a handful of video votes, so while I still encourage them, don't let that be a barrier to entry if you can't be arsed.

Oh thank fuck, I really wanted to do video votes and I was worried I'd run out of time.
 
I had one song in my top four that I'd just assumed had qualified, and then had to remove it when I idly checked and found it hadn't made it!
