Poland 2025: Justyna - Gaja

Not sure if it’s been said already, but I believe her 30 year gap between appearances is a new record

I've just realised - she has more than a touch of MELISANDRE to her energy, doesn't she?

Gutted for Sahlene - when she is chosen tomorrow for Estonia the gap is an impressive 23 years between entries, but doesn’t beat Justyna’s 30

God it really is just PURE LUDICROUS JOY

IMMEDIATELY my favourite of the year as well I think!

My Polish friend says that everyone knows who Justyna is but she mostly remembers her for doing a photo shoot on her parents' graves :D

This really is the most thrillingly satisfying racket :disco:

It really does sound like the END OF THE WORLD!
the demonic baseline accompanied by the very achievable choreography that she surely made up herself, plus the absolutely pointless hanging from the ceiling mid-way through just because she fancied it…if there is a time before this entry I don’t remember it!

Basel is going to be the great DIVA DOWN DEBACLE with all these icon gathering only for a male ballad to sneak through.

I think I like the winner’s reprise even more - Justyna giving it raw in front of her tens of fans queening out at her mercy

I really really love the last 30 seconds of the performance in which she manages to fall from the sky screeching like a bird of prey, just in time to hit her best moves at the club, then starts a pilates routine, performs a pagan ritual and catches her breath before striking a final cunty pose.

What a queen, Samanta Tīna/10 :disco:

This is officially the only solo female entry in the first semi final :o

I assume that means she’s pretty safe from being one of the first 3 to perform.

It should also make a strong case for her SAILING THROUGH to the final, right?

thoroughly luxuriating in this today - I tried to turn They Call Me Gaja off and found myself literally unable to. Those of you who know me offline know that part of my morning routine is to hang suspended from the ceiling for up to 30 minutes at a time so this has soundtracked that nicely.

In Act I of the musical I’m writing - Sara Lumholdt - The Musical! - the protagonist (Sara Lumholdt) finds herself unable to leave her mobile phone service provider (Disconnect Me) before then having trouble with a rival at work (Enemy) and then getting fired for standing up for herself (Statements) before dying and being sent to hell (Gaja)
