How are you likely to vote?

I see my fellow patriot @RJN is no longer voting Conservative. Shame on you.

If Labour get a supermajority they will turn BBC2 into ALL DAY BUGGERY AND DEVIL WORSHIP channel. Mark my words, that's just the beginning. Daytime TV will just be FATHER-SON PORNOGRAPHY, something which I've recently discovered and am absolutely obsessed outraged by.

The Express cover today is quite TRAGIC

We know they're fucked and awful but PLEASE!

They’re naive to think that that many people are choosing a protest vote.

The Tories are COOKED loves, FACE FACTS

Is INALIENABLE a word I know quite well but looks different written down?

Like LAGER

Did my DEMOCRATIC DUTY and voted.

Last minute decision but after much soul searching, and knowing/hoping/being 95% certain that Labour will piss it here as always, I went with my heart and voted the strongest progressive party here.

Ms Ron did the opposite and went with the ANYONE BUT THE TORIES option, which makes me feel slightly better.

Also, I was talking to the lady at my shop about my friend not voting because she "has no interest" and I know other people have said the same. But I think what's bothering me more is, we need someone decent to represent our island, to sort our ferry services out, to lower prices of them and provide a better service, to get NHS dentists on the island, to sort our pot holes out, to get more police here.

So surely, even if you "think they're all the same" at a national level, it pays to vote to get someone decent in locally?

Our current Tory MP is known as "half a sausage bob" because during lockdown he went to a big BBQ party but claimed it was ok because he only ate half a sausage 🤦🏻‍♀️

I don't want knobs like him in control of our island. So I cannot understand why people don't at least care about who represents their local area.

I apparently inadvertently persuaded my wax lady to vote Green too :disco: just by saying well I'm not a fan of Keir but Labour are going to easily win here so I'm gonna vote for who I want...

Concerning how many people don’t get this? A girl at work said ‘I don’t know whether to vote tactically or not?’ Bitch how are you voting tactically in HACKNEY?

If only there was a world wide web where you could easily look up whether you need to vote tactically or not!

My Dad is not voting Tory at a GE for the first time in his life. He's pissing it away on Green or Lib Dem, but whatever. Really hoping the Tories flop into third place here.

When voting, I accidentally spilled £30 on the table when getting my ID out, so my immediate quip was "do you take bribes?"

I didn't get thrown out, thankfully.
As soon as I saw a sign about coercion being illegal I started loudly coercing Ms Ron to see what would happen.

No shit :D

But you can read the manifesto etc. Maybe it indicates people are interested, is what I'm implying

My local tactical vote is Labour so I'm still umming and ahhing.
If you're in a tory seat then tactical comes first really.

CONSIDER YOURSELF COERCED

The support for the Greens has been really impressive. So many islanders are voting Green this time around.

I've just been looking at a few predictions and in my constituency, they might come 2nd this time round instead of 4th. Bit gutted I didn't vote Green now but hey ho.

I've been looking into how I can get involved as they really do have the best drug policies and we're doing more around harm reduction and drug reform in our content, may as well go all in.

I checked that my mum was aware that the Greens have a decent chance in her constituency (as I was slightly worried she might be considering Reform :eyes:) and she said she's had a Green poster up in her window for a while already :disco:

No queue here although I did get told I looked slightly different than I did my driving licence :D THAT’S BECAUSE THAT PHOTO WAS TOOK SIX YEARS AGO LOVE
