So what’s this, a Marvel Special Presentation! I had no idea this existed until I wondered why the Guardians Xmas Special wasn’t in Phase 4 anymore, apparently that is one of these specials too.
Not really sure the point of it - I guess with Marvel it always feels like a reading assignment I have to do to keep up with the class, but not sure if this has anything to do with anything.
Nice to see Gael anyway, and her out of Outlander which I didn’t watch, and BEBE from Frasier clawing and gnashing at the scenery more than any CGI monster could.
Over in 50 minutes, I wish most Marvel Series could be over in as much time.
There’s the vintagey aesthetic with the little blobs and circles you get on old timey black and white film - not sure if they were making any kind of point with it, other than apeing old horror movies, but it felt a bit janky when the 2022 CGI monsters and blood are there too, more like an Instagram filter.
