Already offered and no one wanted to do it except 1, who is one of the 3. I'm picking two more people and they are the only ones who make sense, but (especially in the case of one), it's going to hurt them financially.
I also think it's quite interesting to see, when the chips are down, just how little people are willing to help out- I suggested we keep one person working over Good Friday/ Easter Monday on the off chance that someone sends us a big job (OOH ER), particularly from our global client base that don't all have bank holidays, and it could add some much needed funds to the pot. I said I would do it but wouldn't be the best placed person as I don't know everything on that operational level anymore but I would give the day's holiday back and as we were stuck at home anyway...
