Thursday unenthused by bank holiday

I haven't the faintest idea which end is up right now, if I'm honest. Even when I was off work for a couple of months a few years ago, time didn't feel like such a SPLODGE.

I go for a long walk in the morning, and one in the evening. between walks I am doing FECK ALL, I've barely been working even. I might pick up my old favourite pastime of translating classical Japanese literature to get the hours running (I'll likely end up eating cheese and watching YouTube, again)

Amazon are doing a load of classic books for free on Kindle, so I've downloaded a few I've never read and a few I love. I think that's my weekend sorted.

Hi WTG

I’ve decided to arrange a BIG VIRTUAL WORK NIGHT OUT at 9.00 pm this Friday. We can all have a drink and with the number of musicians and singers in the team, maybe even have a JAMMING SESSION!

No thanks. Would rather wank myself silly with a sheet of sandpaper. :zombie:

Feeling rather ill after last nights antics, but have an assignment due in a few hours which is about half complete :bruised:

I’m cock-a-hoop at finally getting some time off. They want us to do overtime all weekend to clear the backlog for a different office, which I consider very much not my problem.

I think my long easter weekend is going to involve long bike rides, drinking beer, doing jigsaw puzzles, drinking beer, playing videogames, drinking beer and maybe drinking beer.

I have a silly pile of unread actual books but my attention span is SHOT and has been for a while.

I keep forgetting (sorry) that some of y'all are still out there pulling a wagon where all the wheels have come off. spend your day wisely ie in your bed playing GTA :disco:

Well I’M looking forward to the long weekend. I shall be doing lots of drinking and sleeping.

Same. I've made a pile of books and DVDs, but feel like I don't have the brain capacity for more than magazines and half hour tv shows.

We need to go and buy some essential charcoal. But no where seems to be selling it :(

I'll get dressed if I go out into the front garden later. Other than that, I'll make do with yesterday's pants.

According to Phil 'n' Hol on ITV it's DRESS UP THURSDAY so I hope we all have our glad rags on :zombie:

it's actually the day of the Seven Churches Visitation. don't play now! :lolly:
