Surely Sonja is a gone too then, if Ramona leaves. Tamra took out Housewives from her bio just before she got the chop.

Ramona kind of makes sense if she is gone. She must be on a vastly over-inflated salary these days.
 
Ramona hasn’t had RHONY on her instagram since 2019
 
Wouldn't be a bit surprised if there's leaving announcements in the next few weeks if that trailer's any indication. Kyle, Teddi, Rinna and Erika do not come across well at all there.

this is where I’ve started with RHONY. I’m four episodes in and reading now about Dorinda being fired is so surprising to me as she seems the most stable and nice?
 
I just want to SLIGHTLY redact my statement that Season 6 of NYC is boring from whenever it was recently.

The HOT SONJA CHAT had me binging a few of the final S6 episodes, mainly to re-watch the amazing TEAM SONJA Party :D and I will now admit it starts and ends pretty amazingly, mainly thanks to Aviva appearing to be utterly unhinged.

I also completely forgot the weird storyline where Sonja has a drink with her psychic friend who tells her there is a SNAKE with brown hair in her friendship group (who isn't Carole), and Sonja instantly decides its Luann and falls out with her as a result :D

I HATE Kristen. One of my least favourite HW's. Her whining about her husband being 30 minutes late for dinner was a plotline NADIR!

It is quite funny towards the end of Season 7 where it's becoming increasingly obvious Kristen is about to lose her apple, so she decides to start a random fight with Bethenny who literally reacts like "I'm sorry, but who are you? I genuinely don't have time in my life to fight with you" :D

I didn't mind Kristen, she didn't add anything to the show but she wasn't unpleasant either. You could tell from the first few eps of S7 that the writing was on the wall for her time as a HW though, she barely got any screentime.
 
The BH finale really painted Denise in a bad light. Like yes they are assholes to her but she’s such a manipulator.

Lesson is don’t piss off the producers because viewers like me are easily manipulated.
 
So after 5 episodes of Season 7 and having seen nothing before here is my initial opinion on the cast:

Luann - reminds me of Adrienne from RHOBH. Seems like the leader?
Bethenny - What, exactly, is wrong with her? I could not handle someone who approaches every conversation like they're on speed.
Ramona - seems like quite an evil woman and now her life is falling apart this combination makes me hopeful for great viewing. We stan.
Sonja - I can't decide whether I like her or not. To be honest I quite like her infallible perception of herself.
Carole - She seems like she's taken two basic facets of a personality - being lazy and a cougar - and tried to use it to cover up her true self.
Heather - I feel quite sorry for her, she seems too nice for this nonsense.
Kristen - I'm sorry I have no idea who this is.
Dorinda - probably my favourite :D I also like her taste in chubby Mafia men. Ahem.
 
I was watching season 7 with my flatmate last night and he thought Bethenny was always on coke. I don’t think she is but she certainly ACTS like it.

These are all pretty SPOT ON tbh, aside from perhaps Luann. One should know, NEVER count out the Countess :disco:

I'm sure she's dabbled, but I don't think Bethenny is a coke-head. I think she's just a vaguely sociopathic, highly intelligent and motivated FEMALE ALPHA.
She can be abrasive on screen, but once you get used to her she kind of leaves a giant hole when she's not there. She would make an IDEAL friend of tbh. She kind of dominates as a main cast member.

If you want coked-up behaviour however, it DEFINITELY steps up a gear in certain scenes from season 7 onwards :D
 
Admittedly I've zoned out whilst watching most of the season, but I didn't really GET this week's Beverley Hills.

WHY were they counting down the timeframe of the episode sometimes in MINUTES and then in WEEKS?
Why was the chat Denise had with Camille only shown in a FLASHBACK? It seemed like a major part of the episode in last week's preview.
WHY was Rinna acting like some sort of sub-producer in that BIZARRE chat with Denise? It was so weird. It felt like they were both acting a part, and not very in the vibe of Housewives AT ALL
Why did the copy and paste Erika section at the end feel like a EULOGY! (She was hardly missed in the main ep either :D)

Also Garcelle clearly hated ABSOLUTELY EVERY SECOND she had to spend at Dorit's party :D Her body language throughout was so uncomfortable.
 
I feel bad for Denise. Clashing with Kim’s sister at the start of the season was her death knell, and she’s ultimately a bit too dim to win a war of manipulation with the more evil Richards sister, especially with that shit stirring producer as her enemy.
 
This week could have been the finale with Dorinda making that sweet speech at the end.

But I’m glad we have one last episode of her losing her shit. :disco:
 
I thought this week was the finale, was surprised there was more but hey I’ll take it. No one knows what the next batch will be like.

also I know BH has been disappointing but it was all worth it for this exchange

That BH Denise/Rinna scene is surely going to go down as one of the all-time oddest HW’s confrontations. It smacks of being overly-produced to me.

Ahead of the season finale I feel like doing a NY housewives rate.

1. Luann. I can’t believe I COUNTED OUT the COUNTESS last season. I can’t say I wasn’t warned, all that bitch needed was a glass of Sancerre. Also she looks fucking AMAZING.

2. Sonja. I really have a soft spot for this messy bitch, I was her in my twenties, but without the money. Not a bad bone in her.

3. Leah. A very promising start but her BRAND is fucking horrible. Mostly gets third place for the amazing revelation that Ramona shits during sex.

4. Tinsley. I feel hard to feel sorry this bitch, boo fucking hoo it took you till the age of 44 to achieve your dream of marrying a billionaire.

5. Ramona. Always entertaining but hugely delusional and just plain insensitive.

6. Dorinda. Hun I love coke too but seriously, FLUSH.

Without spoiling my MUCH ANTICIPATED (:eyes:) top 30 Housewives thread (posting date: TBC), THE COUNTESS is such an ultimate Housewife to me.
She has one of the biggest story/growth arcs of the entire franchise, and some of the best catchphrases (of which she has SO MANY!)

She's never QUITE poor enough financially to stoop to Sonja-style desperation levels, and has delusion and grandeur in spades - plus she seems to have quite a good instinct for survival on the show. She knows when to reel it in, when to serve drama, who to buddy up with, and never lets her feuds become truly messy. She occasional pretends to show HEART and TENDERNESS too. A truly awful woman, but one that makes FANTASTIC TV :disco:
