Presumably aimed at me for catastrophising and yeah I know... anxiety is not much fun

Thank goodness Biden at least is saying it's unlikely the missile came from Russia which seems like one step towards the powers that be calming down

Well, to avoid looking hypocritical, I think it's only fair that NATO start WWIII on the Russian side :(
 
Well at least it means we’re avoiding WWIII for a little longer.
 
I mean yeah, if Russia hadn't launched an air raid on Lviv yesterday, the Ukrainians wouldn't have had to fire their air defence missiles.

Still a potential propaganda win for Putin though. Although I think the Poles are about as firmly on the side of the Ukrainians as it gets, so hopefully it won't cause too much discontent.
 
I will never understand why drawing a man with a big nose is racist, is it just me who finds extremely attractive men with big noses? 🥰

The nerve of them to pounce on him though. Infuriating actually.

Of course, what I mean is that I don't understand why they pick on their big noses when it's something that makes them fucking attractive. Racists and very jealous.

I don't think what he's saying is particularly out there. On some level, the Russian government must know by now that they can't win this. So as bombastic as they're being in the media, they'll be looking for a way out behind closed doors that doesn't completely humiliate them.

Obviously nothing can be agreed that the Ukrainians won't consent to, so it's hard to see how this ends before the annexed regions are handed back. But at some point, the West is going to have to give the Russians something that they can spin as a compromise. Closing down communications entirely won't benefit anybody.
 
This never would have happened if they had stuck to nationalising sausages.

This was the first time we ever mentioned Volodymyr Zelenskyy. This Ukrainian comedy actor is now probably one of the most famous people in the world and a genuine historical character/ folk hero.

2022 has been apeshit.
