How are you likely to vote?

I also shed a tear or three - a real mixture of feelings.

In 2019 I cried due to the hope of what I was voting for.

Today it's because it's the first general election I've voted in where I haven't voted Labour. And that makes me sad. Partly because I do believe my MP is a good constituency MP. As much as I made what I thought was a firm decision earlier this week that I would vote Green, part of me still wondered whether I'd manage it in a General Election, when it came to putting a cross in the box.

But I have the privilege of being in a safe Labour seat. I cannot in all good conscience vote for them this time around. I absolutely understand why others have to prioritise getting these cunts out, but I'm lucky enough that I can vote fully with my heart.

Now I'm going to pop into Co-op for something celebratory, go home, probably have another little cry and a little sleep, and I'll see you all here later.

Can anyone give me an approx in terms of when the final result / announcement of PM will drop?

I don’t know if it’s because I was up to my eyeballs on antidepressants but I genuinely can’t remember much about the last general election.

Sunak's seat will be 6am from memory, after that he needs to concede, which will likely be a separate speech from his one at the count. He may even come back to London for it. So probs not until 9am before anything proper happens on that front.

Then there is the choreography of Sunak and Starmer seeing the King so if I was to guess, we'll get the downing street moment around midday?

Mathematical majority likely decided by about 3:30ish.

We’ll have to wait and see who the King decides to summon late morning.

Maybe I'll turn up
