  • Sit down on your ass! Or what's left of it after four years in the Navy.

  • I'm not queer. Lee... I'm not queer. I'm disembodied.

  • Do I smell like vomit?

  • I like the guy, but I can't stand to be alone with him.

  • Thanks for running interference, Tom. I hope he got the idea.

  • He keeps trying to go to bed with me. That's what I don't like about queers.

**well I can’t get Twitter to link on here but there’s a scene leaked and it has Daniel chewing on a cock

Have zero interest in this but I’m hoping it does a Challengers and surprises me.

If it is in fact Daniel playing a miserable old alcoholic obsessed with loading up twinks then SIGN ME UP.

Rachel Weisz whenever Daniel asks her for career advice:

If he shows enough ass and whatever else then fine, otherwise I'd prefer a hot actually gay guy I'm his 50s play this. It looks good to me though. I don't even know when it's out.

Spoilers be damned, SHARE!

Although I’m generally only interested in seeing his arse.

Excuse me but some of us are middle aged and sexless!

What else am I supposed to do, play GOLF?
Didn't you learn anything from Jilly Cooper? The Golf Club (and, indeed, the Pony Club) is a hotbed of sexual frisson.

"Challengers" is my favourite movie of the year so far, so I'm very excited about another Luca Guadagnino!

I really did not enjoy this at all. The 50s setting is barely there because of all of the 90s music playing (even with 2 Prince songs from the adjacent decades). Daniel Craig gives a good performance and I was into it at the start, but when it starts changing and getting all psychedelic, I realised I didn’t give a toss what was happening to any of them, so I just zoned out.

Does he get his arse out though

This had its moments, and I appreciated it as sort of inversion of Call Me By Your Name with an older queen being heartbroken by a younger man, but I can't say I was particularly gripped by it. I wasn't bored exactly, but after a while I just had to enter a sort of quasi-meditative state and let it wash over me.

My favourite bits were the early parts with Daniel Craig fagging around Mexico with Drew Droege and Jason Schwartzman (randomly in what I assume was a fat suit, but why?) and Leslie Manville's spaced out Jane Goodall turn towards the end.

The love story was beautifully shot, but I agree with Ellie that the Drew Starkey character just too much of a blank. Novel as it was to see Daniel Craig nomming on peen (simulation only I'm afraid, this wasn't a Brown Bunny situation), not being personally particularly attracted to either actor and without much of any other kind of dynamic between them to hang onto, it got a little bit dull after a while. Your personal mileage may well vary.
