It’s still Pride month and it is Pride season all summer long. What better way to mark this than with a very special edition of ASFM - Kalavision III - Pridevision!

The rules are simple - choose a song that you think embodies PRIDE.

This could be from an LGBTQIA+ artist, LGBTQIA+ icons, allies, a song that fits the Pride theme, or something that you think would fit right onto a Pride playlist or performed as a lip-sync on Drag Race. It’s up to you, these are just examples, but make sure the song and artist fits the theme.

One rule about the voting. While you can vote how you like - the guidance will be as well as voting on the songs based on how much you like them, you’ll also be asked to take into consideration how well the song and artist fits the theme. This is just guidance though but keep this in mind.

For the avatar, choose a country/region/city/town/district that you think also fits the theme of Pride. Also for your avatar, provide a photo for your place.

Once you have chosen your artist, song, place and avatar, PM me with the details and the usual Spotify and YouTube links to me by Sunday 9th July by 11:59:59 pm.

Wed 26 July - Viewing Gala Two
27 July - 9 August - Voting Period. No extensions.

Thursday 10th August - ENTRANTS REVELATION GALA

Sunday 13th August - RESULTS GALA

Voting will be in the traditional format of giving points to your top X songs. I’ll see how many entrants we get before I decide on the actual scoring.

I am planning a twist for the reveal of the results but more about on a later date.
