I didn't even know England were playing, but it's like watching a Premier league team play a part time Sunday league team. It's an easy group to qualify from.

With Italy and Ukraine in it? It's not that easy.

I thought Macedonia were absolutely terrible, they definitely played well below their level, but England's movement off the ball was brilliant and a good sign of progress considering how toothless we were in attack last summer.
