You've likely had Sweet Basil since it is the most common variety and the one used in Italian cuisine.

Thai basil has more of an aniseedy flavour and other than Thai dishes, I don't think I've encountered it anywhere else.

I'm not sure what seasoning KFC have started putting on their new signature fries here, but that's 17/10 at least.

It may just be a crumbled chicken Oxo cube. I think I'll have a go at recreating it.
