I don’t know if watching Brawnwyn struggle with sobriety like an open wound is what I would qualify as fun. It’s better than Kelly getting dicked but only slightly.

Tamra still pulling the strings from beyond the grave is something.

Brawnwyn’s husband does look like a jigolo and her mom is the worst.

Hurricane KENYA, Less than smart PORSHA and evil PHAEDRA. Such a ride. Nene is also there in the later seasons, I guess.

Almost done with S3 of Atlanta. It's not as good as NY by any means but I've laughed during every episode so far.

Housewives ranking:

1. Nene (hysterically funny and not afraid to bring the drama)
2. Kim (deluded but knows it and 'Tardy' is a bop)
3. Kandi (the nice one)
4. Lisa (manic energy but by S3 you'd forget she was ever on the show)
5. Phaedra (obviously evil but hasn't shown it so far)
6. Cynthia (stunning looking lady but dull as dishwater)
6. Sheree (I cannot stand her, the delusions of grandeur, that annoying voice she puts on when talking to the camera, her clothing line 'She by Shebroke')
7. DeShawn (who?)
 
Holla Heather is apparently back to NYC.

Also someone named Crystal Kung Minkoff has joined BH as the first American Asian housewife.
 
I’m not crazy about Heather but they need someone relatively CENTRED on that cast.

Crystal Kung Minkoff however is the most fabulous name I’ve ever heard.
 
Also first Aisan housewives? Has poor JULES been written out of history?

I wouldn't mind Heather returning if it means we get the lovely (but mute) Jonathan back too.

I hope we get bucketfuls of resentment bubbling over from Kathy to Kyle, from the whole American Woman saga, plus a long shopping list of aggrievances which Kathy will have no problem reeling off in front of the cameras.

We've had so many seasons of Kyle playing the Alpha sister to Kim, but by all accounts, Kathy is the Alpha to both of them.

This show couldn't have come along at a better time, with Orange County in its rotting era, and Potomac having to carry the whole franchise with one cast member out, and another still bedding in.
 
And on a Potomac note, this was finally Wendy's episode and she absolutely deserves a second season, despite not much evidence to support this up until now.
 
I’m finding Potomac boring. Nothing has happened other than the fight.
 
It’s definitely gone off the boil. I feel the fight has ruined this season really.
 
Has anybody else just FORGOTTEN the new season of OC is on? I found the second episode TERMINALLY dull, the fight via mobile phone with Gina and Brown Wind felt like two people auditioning to be Housewives and asking for producer approval if they were doing it right. Just bring back Tamra, she's all they have to talk about ANYWAY!

LOL at MAD SHANNON putting her divorce (and OC money?) into another doomed Housewives business :D GOOD LUCK WITH THAT BABE!
 
Yeah Potomac is a bit OFF this season. Robyn is bizarrely my highlight having gone into full-on stoned-TikTok-cosplayer mode whilst simultaneously avoiding paying her taxes (yet Juan somehow has 8K to drop on an engagement ring (?) Obviously Juan absolutely DOES NOT have this money! :D)

Ashley is clearly having a BABY SEASON, despite a few hints at drama. She clearly can't really be arsed aside from a few scenes - which I understand TBH.

Gizelle is just a mess this season, although I'm enjoying the weekly internet reads of her outfits AND decor :D She's always generally had the audience on-side despite her messy antics as she's SUCH a good Housewife, but the gross fake romance subplot is not needed AT ALL and is clouding her character.

i'm over both Monique and Candiace. They've been railroading Potomac for the past few seasons. Axe them both and focus back on the OG's. Karen is also getting away with doing NOT SO MUCH as a result of the focus on the gruesome twosome.

Jen Shah looks honestly iconic already, and I wouldn't be surprised if she herself somehow reached out to the producers screaming CREATE A SHOW AROUND ME! It's giving me Vancouver meets Melbourne from the trailers, and these messy bitches know this is their ONLY shot of ever having any celebrity - so I'm assuming they will bring their all :disco:

Mary Cosby seems a bit LOW KEY from the footage I've seen so far HOWEVER, and I keep mixing up the brunettes and blondes as they literally all look the same.

I’m watching OC because there literally nothing else. I found the phone fight amusing just because these newbies are reaching to create drama.

Someone said it on Twitter but the show now feels like a time portal to 2003. It’s just dusty.
 
I see the racists of Southern Charm are back on Friday, does anyone watch that shit show?
 
Oh and I'm UNSURE about the return of HOLLA, but not against it. I think it's funny how production clearly parachutes her in when it's clear Bethenny is absolutely not returning :D

She could be quite a good grounding force//glue for the cast, and I'm assuming her Berkshires GARAGE was a factor for her return with Dorinda on sick leave. My issue with HOLLA is that I just don't find her very fabulous. Her and Kristen were quite JOCK LIKE when together, and I want tragic messiness and melodrama from the NYC ladies.

I was TERRIFIED to read The Countess is apparently struggling for a storyline so far, but perhaps she can pop off about Holla STILL BLATHERING ON that SHOCKINGLY Lu smoked some weed and did a line of coke on a cast trip TEN YEARS AGO! :eyes:

I'm fairly certain this season of OC is going to be hastily written off as the COVID SEASON, with a full reboot for the next one.
I think if it wasn't for covid it would be in danger of being cancelled, but I doubt it considering it must be reasonably easy to film with the infrastructure and production company already existing.

I'm pretty much expecting:
RETURN Tamra
RETURN FancyPants (bringing her audience of 100,000 million podcast fans with her)
Possible other surprise RETURN (Meghan the giraffe would make the most sense, but it will probably LYDIA for a third reign of terror :eyes:)
STAY Shannon
STAY Brown Wind
STAY Elizabeth

With Emily, Kelly and Gina exiting.
Surprise guest appearances from Vicki to realise on-screen that Elizabeth has been drafted in as her younger, more chilled out replacement :D
 
I've just finished season 13 (not as bad as I'd heard it was, mostly thanks to Shannon going back and forth between trying to sell her frozen ready meals and then trying to keep a lid on her psychosis) and am about to start season 14, but I'm already gagging for season 16 if it would mean a return from Heather. She's had enough time to lick her wounds after that Irish bus trip finally made her mask slip. Having said that, if she does come back, I want her asking Terry if she should phone an ambulance at every single instance she's around Shannon. :disco:
