He also still hasn’t explained where he’s going to get the metals from to build cars domestically.

I didn’t think even Donald Trump could be that blatantly evil or brazenly corrupt, but the theory that he just plans to buy a load of cheap stock, remove the tariffs and then sell the stock when the prices rebound is the only logical explanation left.

Honestly when you’ve got about ten years left on the planet IF YOURE LUCKY, surely you’d want to do things that people might remember you by, not frantically stockpile a load of dirty cash you’re not going to need

It's a manufactured depression which will be blamed on everyone else. As with every other economic calamity, it will be used to funnel wealth upwards, it's just that this has been manufactured rather than a COVID style event.
 
They're a bunch of horrible bastards. The American Dream was always a lie but here's its truth; you can be nasty, arrogant, belligerent and utterly stupid yet still end up wealthy and/or in government.

Time to burn it all down. Literally or figuratively? The youth will decide.

That might have been the last barrier of any kind to independently prevent digital propoganda and Russian cyber attacks.

It always really throws me...this thing where Trump does something, someone responds and he goes "no, you're not supposed to do that". His ego is such that he thinks everyone will just bow their heads and go "yes, sir" when he tries to destroy their economies, their wellbeing, their lives.

Nintendo postpones Switch 2 preorders in US after Trump tariffs

Nintendo has announced that preorders for its new Switch 2 gaming console will not begin on 9 April in the US as previously planned while the company assesses “the potential impact of tariffs”, CNN reports.

In a statement the Japanese company said:

Pre-orders for Nintendo Switch 2 in the US will not start April 9, 2025 in order to assess the potential impact of tariffs and evolving market conditions. Nintendo will update timing at a later date. The launch date of June 5, 2025 is unchanged.

Yeah I have a lot of friends that are flabbergasted at how much they have lost. One guy at work lost about 50K
