There is a glut of people/bots suggesting someone called Joe Hendry, who seems to be pushing it himself too

This Joe Hendry?
Also the only name I’ve heard so far is Becky Hill, but I really don’t see us bagging an actual name after Olly submitted one of the only three good songs this year and still got fuck all from the public.
I’m struggling to think of anything beyond Dizzy, Unforgettable and We Will Rave that I ever actually want to hear again. It was a fucking awful year.I mean let's be clear in no way was Olly one of the best three
Didn't deserve nil points but definitely one of the weaker performers
Becky Hill, whilst usually utterly devoted to derivative old toot, does at least have a set of pipes on her
To be fair this is all part of his wrestling persona. It’s very much a niche ‘if you know, you know’ thing.Piss off Joe.
It's worth also pointing out that 'I believe in Joe Hendry' has been around for about five years and so this whole thing is clearly a bit since he wouldn't be able to enter anyway.Niche in-jokes famously work gangbusters at Eurovision…

Mimi Webb saying she'd be very open to Eurovision at some point on Rylan (which was an active topic of conversation throughout). Probably confirms the rumours that she was in the running in 2023, and permanently adds her to the annual speculation list for YEARS TO COME
I find Rebecca Ferguson's live vocal a bit trying so wouldn't be terribly thrilled with her as the UK entry.
