This made me SO SAD, it wasn’t even entertaining. What’s even worse is that EVERYBODY KNOWS Sonja is 100% reliant on Housewives for her cheque, possibly more than any other current wife I can think of :(
 
She should sell that damn townhouse and get her a small apartment that she can afford. The upkeep of that house must be draining her and no amount of Ali Express dresses she sells will be enough.

It seems she was in rehab when the pandemic started but she will be back drinking the second the cameras are on.
 
SO HAPPY Potomac is back though!

THOUGHTS:
- Why has Ashley had cheek fillers :zombie: she really really didn’t need them.
- Gizelle’s interior design is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS :D Her new house is more of a GROSS SLUM than Leah’s!
- Not Robyn wheeling out the same storyline for the FIFTH SEASON IN A ROW :D I like Robyn more than most, but it’s taking the piss now :D also wtf was Juan’s party outfit? The level of effort! NONE!
- The scene of Gizelle and her 13 yo daughters discussing Gizelle’s relationship with THEIR FATHER on camera was really uncomfortable and not what I watch Housewives for SOZ GIZELLE.
- Was Gizelle’s tiara-trucker cap from Robyn’s acclaimed line of BEJEWELLED HATS :D
- on a similar note, Chris’ FURRY LOAFER-shoe things were as disgusting as the inside of Gizelle’s new house.
- Not SAD OLD Charisse creeping out her champagne room to slither into the party :D
- Karen was v low key, but I’m sure the Grande Dame will deliver, you can try and tear her down but the Grande Dame NEVER CRUMBLES :disco:

I’m aware this reads like a hate watch, but it really was not :disco:
 
So glad Potomac is back, it was a solid premier and I’m glad that they brought a PHD so she can take down essential oilest Monique and her new BFF Ashley.

Gizelle should know better than to go back to her ex. He’s bad news and even her kids know it.

Robyn remains one of the most gorgeous housewives but always useless (she works as Giselle’s Greek chorus).
 
Yeah Wendy didn’t make much of an impression did she, but that is pretty normal for a new wife on their first episode.

Robyn looked so stunning at the party. Sort of style tips from Dorit but somewhat edited :D

I've always quite fancied Andy, but something is looking a little OFF lately - although it might just be him getting older and needing a haircut.

So I've spent most of lockdown watching Potomac and am fully up to date with that and BH. Now working my way through NY and it makes BH look dull as dishwater.
 
They did a bunch of cameos on WWHL to celebrate RHONY’s 200th episode including this

 
This was one of the better episodes this season, we’ve said it before but what sets these women apart is that they actually enjoy being together. This is their life and we’re watching it. The BH women treat it as a job and they all would like to be somewhere else.

I would like Dorinda to get some help because while yes Ramona is an asshole, she’s not wrong about how much of a mess she is.
 
OMG The Countess with the boombox and shower curtain? I DIE. That was straight out of Hot In Cleveland or something :D

I think that was by far the FULLEST restaurant I’ve ever seen Housewives shoot it? :D Imagine just trying to eat your burrito and those 5 start popping off :D

I can’t even be bothered to comment on Beverley Hills this week. There is no comparison to New York. Dorit and Sutton truly CARRYING this season.
 
Did we also see we are getting a new British Housewives commissioned..?
I’m actually gagged it’s taken this long, as RHO Chester is now the UKs biggest reality-soap style show I think - bigger than TOWIE and MiC.

Anyway we are soon to welcome...The Real Housewives of JERSEY :D (?)

Luanne is the MVP of this season. I just lover her. They even wheeled out the pirate and Cindy Barshop on WWHL.

I’ve also watched the Heather Holla video like a dozen times :shy:

I'd be more concerned about trying to eat my burrito, looking out for 5 cocktails toppling off that man's head! For once, the women weren't the most chaotic thing about where they were eating.

I am thoroughly enjoying Dorit's manic leap from the sinking ship that is that tired old clique, and straight onto next season with Sutton, Garcelle and maybe Denise.
 
Gosh this season of RHONY is turning into a bit of a slog isn't it? I wouldn't be surprised if Ramona leaves after this.

In other news I'm on RHOBH S5 now. Also a bit of a slog but starting to pick up now on eppie 10 :disco:

Erika bringing up some old argument with Denise AGAIN at the (admittedly fabulous looking) wine tasting just highlighted the CHASM of difference between BH and NYC. In NYC that argument would have been dealt with and dusted WEEKS AGO (and about 25 others had since)

Omg I’m loving this season of NYC! It’s so camp and ridiculous. I will admit, it works better as individual episodes than watched as a season as a whole. Each episode basically has its own self-contained story arc of mess :D
 
Beverly Hills is at a death rattle now. It’s so sad how shit it’s gotten. They need to clear out the Flop Force Five and centre it around Garcelle and Sutton.
 
However I too am still loving NY. They’ve embraced the chaotic sitcom of it all. I can’t see it lasting though and foresee a mega change for Season 13.
 
Beverley Hills is a weird one, despite the loud protests of the fan base it still brings in the biggest ratings after Atlanta, and hasn’t really slipped.

I can’t see them bothering to change it much aside from switching Sutton up to full-time, making Teddy a friend-of (she’ll still be around as she’s actually friends with Kyle), and possibly bringing in a friend for Garcelle if Denise leaves (despite her 4 season contract :D)

Erika is level with Cynthia now as one of the most REDUNDANT Housewives still in a show :D

I'm strongly thinking of quitting BH after this season if there's not a big change up in the cast. They need to do a S5 of NY and cull half of them and bring in new blood. You can see at this point that they barely tolerate each other, much less like each other. Looking back now I'd say S5 was the last properly good season and it'd been dying slowly since.

On a positive note, working through S6 of NY and it's sooo good. I know everyone has their faves but, bar Aviva, I honestly enjoy watching all of them.
 
I'm only at the Berkshires episodes at the moment but have heard about that moment and quite looking forward to it
 
i may have missed it when it came out but i’m so engrossed in ‘real housewives of johannesburg’

i love the cast in general esp lendy; cristall (not her actual real name) is one of the worst. the epitome of delusional...

I’ve been watching this ON THE SLY on amazon, and it’s so bizarre! The way some of the cast just disappear for some episodes, and friend-ofs get more screen time than actual Housewives :D Was there a reason why they changed almost the entire cast for season 2? It has to be one of the most DRAG franchises I’ve seen too :D

Christell is such a problematic but compelling hot mess to watch. Serious Kim Z meets Pettifleur vibes. I wonder if it will get a season 3 :D
 
So Charisse the walrus is the REAL VILLAIN of Potomac, even when she’s not even on screen :D

Robyn and Ashley both feel a bit POINTLESS so far in Potomac (I know you could argue Robyn has been since season 1 :D) Two episodes in and it feels like they both could have been cut from the season completely to no real difference.

Gizelle however getting her hands dirty from the off :D Has her taste in clothes ALWAYS been this awful? That purple top with the glittery mouth on it was unforgivable.

To quote the Grand Dame, Gizelle is tacky as hell. And that's part of why I love her.

I'd disagree that Robyn and Ashley seem pointless so far, I think the show needs them to contrast against the madness the rest of the cast bring. Plus if Robyn left, there'd be no more Juan and let's face it, he's the only male eye-candy on the show.
