We did, of course, know that Portugal was a uniquely evil country. But we didn’t realise quite how evil they actually are. Even Spain aren’t dumb enough to send their weirdo regional acts to the actual contest.
 
So this won, well... :D


It came 2nd in the televote and 4th with the jury, it tied for first with Diana Vilarinho but televote took precedence over the jury.

The runner-up:



Henka won the televote but got a CRUEL 0 from the jury. :(



Josh and those nails came about 5th overall.

Well done to the juries for managing to pick the wrong answer even after using ask the audience. May Portugal get the result they always deserve for this bag of absolute nothingness.
 
Portugal and Spain have really become total opposites. Spain insists on sending the right thing even though Europe cruelly pays them dust. While Portugal insists on sending the wrong thing even though Europe rightly pays them dust.
 
I still think this year's final is weaker for Josh not flailing emotionally around that pole.
