Film is a lifelong favourite. Given how much of it borrows from Hollywood's past and then present, I think some form of a remake is absolutely possible, but not with Hathaway who has already ruined enough Streep-adjacent movies.

I wouldn't mind Hudson at all. She was lovably like her mom in 200 Cigarettes (1999) and seems to have been around long enough to want to sink her teeth into something so chewable as Death Becomes Her.
