let's be honest, one of those was an organic hit and one was a one-week-and-out affair enabled by cd singles. she didn't have two hits.

that's YOUR OPINION! it's easy to loon in the first week or two when you have something shiny and new. the test is whether it holds up after two, three, six months.

Two top 20 singles then, which was still something which was inconceivable at the start of this campaign.

To be honest, I'm really not sure what more people want from Kylie. If she bores you now, fair enough - I'll be honest her live performances of late have done little to excite me - but I can't see this situation, or indeed her music, drastically changing in the future.

I don't want anything of her except a fucking tour! I'm perfectly happy with a new album every 4 years that gives us 2-3 good new songs to add to an impeccable back cat. I don't expect or need classic albums anymore.
 
For me it’s the first five, Vegas, 10/10 and Story. But that’s eight out of eleven of the standard album which is pretty good in my book.
 
I still fucking LOVE Tension

Of course it doesn't have its lustrous glow of newness any more, but it's still in my top three Kylie albums.

I think Tension is really good still too, but I can't remember the last time I played it...

Disco, on the other hand, I want it noted, I was NEVER that bothered by.

Also this increasing revisionism when it comes to Kylie's albums - Disco and now Tension, is beginning to grate. It's not perfect but Tension is good, great even.

There's nothing revisionist about it - I bought the £5 download and was very glad I hadn't stumped up £16 for the "deluxe" CD. I accept there's nothing offensively bad but neither is there much to celebrate. I also couldn't care less how many hits come off an album - my favourite artists routinely have NONE AT ALL! :D

Despite Kylie never being anything but courteous and civil to him, he's always been incredibly passive aggressive towards her. She even wore his bloody monstrosity on the Showgirl Homecoming tour. Ungrateful cunt.
 
I'd seen this, but had no idea what it was about. Props on Kylie for staying out of the drama and classy as always. Boy George clearly being an arse.

I believe it started with a sponsored ad Charli did and Marina wrote "that froot looks familiar" on her story with the Froot/Immortal artwork

Marina them posted that tweet and Charli responded saying she hadn't seen Marina's artwork but noted the familiarity and said it was shot by the same photographer. but she has since then taken the piss out of Merna many times :eyes:
 
Three festival headlining slots announced now (including BST of course) which probably means in all likelihood we won't be getting a Tension tour.
