It's usually summer, but I think it was a bit later last year. I assume the next contest will be about a year after that.

I'd also like to ask about tagging etiquette. Some inoffensive ones have been removed recently despite worse ones remaining. Is there a set of guidelines for this?
 
That I'm not so sure about, or even if we have a policy as such. Personally I'd say they shouldn't be removed except in exceptional circumstances. I'll let a mod answer that, as it may well be something they have discussed elsewhere.
 
As far as I know deleting other people's tags is very much frowned upon. Where's it been happening?
 
After several of mine disappeared from the Thursday daily thread, I added one to the Friday daily thread asking 'Are tags allowed today?' and this was also deleted.
 
Sorry, I haven't been following this little drama. But Agnetha's been deleting tags now?! :D

Wasn't he the one who kicked up a massive fuss against JohnKM for doing exactly that a while back? (And in that instance on request from another poster, not for any personal reasons).
