Much like The Pussycat Dolls, some comebacks only need a few minutes before they fall apart.

Just had a random thought about Moopy and thought let’s see what’s cracking. I’m pleased as punch it’s still going strong.

HELLO!

I was wondering if @Iguana was alive recently - that fool is useless at social media so it's hard to tell - and recalled that he posts on these forums. I did a bit of lurking + terrible stalking (for I knew not his alias so kept on scouring threads to see if anyone somewhat resembled the posh git I know, tolerate, and occasionally care to remember) and soon gave up cos who the fuck has the time seriously.

But then he popped up back on socials a week or so ago and was very sweet and so I confessed my terrible sins! He told me his name (and YOURS TOO, @Tisch !!) and suggested that I say something. Primarily because I have regressed into a rabid, and highly-mentally-unstable ATTENTION WHORE in my old age and he said there'd definitely be attention!

But he also warned me that my shelf-life here would be somewhat limited for I dislike the music of your patron saint, Kylie Minogue. I believe he said something about being CHASED WITH PITCHFORKS as a result.

Regardless, I figured it was worth saying hi, albeit a little later than planned. I think I saw a couple of names I recognised from decades (!!!) past but for most of the rest of y'all feel free to file me under the prehistoric curios as necessary.
 
Oh, I also have a BIG WEAKNESS for music polls so I might vote on some of yours while I'm here if that's okay!! Except I'm saddled with the music taste of a Reform-voting BOOMER so it'll be a lot of minority/contrarian votes, sorry. :(

I did look at the Politics forum when lurking and I think in that sense I'm VERY MUCH on the same page as everyone else!

The way I know exactly who this is when I'm not sure we've interacted in about 10 years. :D

I'll be having a word about him DOXXING me sharpish though.

If I remember rightly you might know some people here from the pre-moopy days, but if I can be of any guidance around the in-jokes, acronyms, and AI pictures of Enya feel free to PM.

Pretty sure you fed me QUORN last time I was at yours, I'm flabbergasted that you don't recall!
