Congratulations Dr. Geru Hallwell

Geru keeps talking over Charlotte and Alex

'OMG ARE YOU FROM THE SAME PLACE?!'
'No, I'm from Cardiff' *death stare*

Obviously The One show took one look at Geri's previous presenting/interviewing skills and knew they had to have her

school lunches to be interesting. Kids must shout before being served:

'I Don't eat anything yellow!'

Geri talking to Malala like a Blue Peter presenter talking to the show's turtle was such a moment. I hope she gets her along to the Voice Italia to help mentor her cantante latino(s).

These are the judges apparently, not been officially announced though

Does she even speak Italian? I'm always confused by how these random English-speaking popstars slot into X Factor Romania, Lithuania's Got Talent and How Does The Democratic Republic of the Congo Solve a Problem Like Maria?

:D

I think the DRC has bigger problems than Maria. Maybe not as much as Italy having Geru judging a singing contest, mind

Something about 'L'ex Spice Girl' makes me titter.

I'd still do Nek. In fact more so now than when he was younger.

If Rachel Stevens can do it then this is more than ok. Did she actually ever sing on the Ireland one though.

I wish it was X Factor Italia so she could be reunited with Luca.

Have we seen this already?????

New music from Geri Halliwell and she doesn't sound bad! :disco:

Sounds like its the studio version of I Got a Name that she sang live in Sydney 2013

HOPE it hasn't made the album. Got a feeling it has if Phenomenal Woman has :eyes:

New promo method for our Geru :D

I relate very much to her desire to be a domestic goddess (and ultimately her abject failure in doing so).

her husband could get it omg (but he should have ironed his trousers before going out of the house)

That "I Got a Name" song sounds awful, I bet she loves it and the album will include similar sounding songs :zombie:

Oh Gawd

Geri Horner working with Ronnie Wood?

The former Spice Girl originally met up with the Rolling Stones rocker to get some advice on her upcoming album but the pair have now decided to hit the studio together to work on some tracks.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ''They have been friends for a while but it's a shock that they've actually worked on a song.''

Meanwhile, it was previously revealed Geri is considering having a folk sound on her new LP.

An insider said at the time: ''It's going to be a new, much more mature sound for Geri. A few songs sound very folky, but there are other styles as well. It tells a story of her life.''

And whilst Geri continues work on her solo career, rumours circulate about the possibility that the 90s girl group will make a comeback next year, with Geri admitting she finds it ''really flattering'' that they have that support.

She said: ''I think it's really flattering that people are still supportive of the Spice Girls individually and collectively, that's beautiful, it's really nice.

''It almost feels you know that it (the Spice Girls) belongs to everyone, like a generation. So I think it's one of those things that's been discussed, but until it's concrete I wouldn't announce it.''
